We process three primary categories of operational and account data:
Contact person name, authorized enterprise email, phone numbers, and designated plant operator roles.
Client browser type, login IP addresses, MFA session tokens, device telemetry, and access logs.
Inverter strings, irradiance sensor metrics, live SLD breaker states, PR ratios, and fault logs.
How We Utilize Your Information
Data gathered through our hardware and cloud software is utilized solely to:
- Stream 1-minute real-time telemetry and dynamic SLDs
- Dispatch automated WhatsApp, SMS, and push fault tickets
- Generate scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly Excel PR reports
- Perform predictive CMMS preventative maintenance scheduling
- Validate secure session authentication and prevent intrusion
- Comply with Indian statutory electricity grid reporting standards
Data Storage, Encryption & Security
We implement enterprise-grade security protocols across all edge dataloggers and cloud database clusters:
All data transmissions from on-site IoT loggers to our cloud ingest nodes are encrypted using mutual TLS (mTLS). Historical generation data is preserved in secure, access-isolated MongoDB clusters with automated off-site backups.
Your Data Rights & Control
Authorized account owners hold the right to request comprehensive copies of their historical telemetry logs, request profile corrections, or request account decommission.
